• SmileReminder offers a "Communications Suite" of well-developed text messages and email messages to help you keep in touch with your patients.
• Messages are sent via text messaging, email, or both, according to the patient's preferences and the urgency of the message.
• SmileReminder can be set to email a patient on their birthday, send out newsletters via email, or to email patient questionaires after visits. SmileReminder tablulates the questionaire results over time for you to compare.
• The program sends out reminders for prophy visits to unscheduled patients, asking the patient to call the office to make an appointment.
• Patients receive appointment reminders with this system.
• SmileReminder provides a Daily Appointment List of patients who have and have not confirmed their appointment via email. It does not include the patient's call back phone numbers or the procedure to be done. It takes another step to go back to your Dental Practice Management Software to access this information to call the appointments who have not confirmed via email.
