UAppoint
Smart Patient Scheduling

UAppoint is amazing! One of our Dental Practices proudly showed us UAppoint working in their practice. It is rare to find a program that dentist, staff and patients all rave about! UAppoint, with online Smart Patient Scheduling, has several features that recommend it:

  • UAppoint does not require a contract. UAppoint's position is that they will earn your business every month. Their "Free Trial" lasts until their Practice Management Reports show you that they have made your practice more money than you would have spent on UAppoint.
  • Minutes after setting an appointment, patients receive a confirmation via email. Two weeks before the appointment patients receive a reminder. Three days before the appointment patients are invited to click to confirm the appointment. Patients only confirm in the positive. If a patient cannot keep the appointment they are prompted to call to reschedule, or your staff will call the list only of those who did not confirm positively.
  • UAppoint sends out a New Patient "Packet" with Appointment Confirmation and Welcome Letter.
  • UAppoint sends emails to patients needing Recare Appointments with suggested appointments from your practice management software scheduler for the patient to choose from. When the patient emails back their choice, your office staff confirms the appointment in your scheduler and your patient gets a confirmation on the spot.
  • UAppoint's Dashboard allows you to pull up in "real time", a list from the internet of the appointments by date, patient name, scheduled time, procedure, and contact numbers from any computer with internet connection to access all the information they need in one location to finish confirming appoints for the next day's schedule. An added benefit is that if your server is down for any reason, you can access your future appointments accessible with all the information you need to manage them, from any computer with internet access until you are up and running again.
  • One feature we really like is that UAppoint will send out traditional postcards for patients with no email, for a small fee.
